Follow the steps carefully to ensure your DreamsLeads account is set up correctly and ready for launch.

DreamsLeads: Rep Activation

(200-400+ Connections)

Activation Overview

This activation is for LinkedIn accounts with 200 or more connections.

You are now positioned for full campaign deployment and automated outreach at scale.

This survey confirms your targeting, messaging sequence, activity settings, and campaign structure are optimized for consistent lead generation.

Do NOT add "AA"

Enabling LinkedIn Two-Step Authentication (SMS)

Step 1 — Open LinkedIn Settings

  • Log into LinkedIn

  • Click your profile picture

  • Select Settings & Privacy

Step 2 — Navigate to Security

  • Click Sign In & Security (left)

  • Locate Two-Step Verification

Step 3 — Enable Two-Step Verification

  • Click Turn On

  • Choose SMS (Text Message) as the method

  • Enter your mobile phone number

  • Confirm verification code

Step 4 — Confirm Activation

  • Ensure two-step verification shows as “On”

  • Log out and log back in once to confirm stability

Important

  • Use your real mobile number

  • Do not use temporary or virtual numbers

  • Do not frequently change devices

  • Keep your number active

Creating & Activating

Your DreamsLeads Account

Step 1 — Click the Activation Link

Step 2 — Create DreamsLeads Account

  • On the account creation page:

  • Enter your First Name

  • Enter your Last Name

  • Enter your Phone Number

  • Create a Username

  • Format: firstname + lastname

  • All lowercase

  • No spaces

  • Example: johndoe

  • Enter the same email used on your LinkedIn profile

  • Create and confirm a password

  • Do NOT use your LinkedIn password

  • Click “Create User”

Step 3 — Log Into Your LinkedIn Account

  • Use your LinkedIn credentials

  • Make sure you are logged into LinkedIn in the same browser

  • Do not switch browsers or devices during setup

Step 4 — Validate Your Account

  • Check your email inbox

  • Locate the message containing a 6-digit verification code

  • Enter the code into the system

  • Submit

  • If you do not receive the email:

  • Check spam

  • Wait a few minutes

  • Request a new code if necessary

Step 5 — Add Your LinkedIn Profile URL

  • Copy your LinkedIn profile URL

  • Example: linkedin.com/in/yourname

  • Paste it into the LinkedIn URL field

  • If it has not auto-populated

  • Click submit

  • After submitting:

  • Wait a few minutes for setup to complete

  • Do not refresh repeatedly

  • Allow the system to verify the connection

Important

  • Use the email associated with your LinkedIn account

  • Do NOT reuse your LinkedIn password

  • Do NOT create multiple accounts for one LinkedIn profile

  • Keep LinkedIn logged in during the entire setup

Settings & Activity Management

Step 1 — Access Settings

  • Log into DreamsLeads

  • Click the hamburger menu (top right)

  • Click Settings

  • Click Activity Management

Step 2 — Configure Schedule

  • Time Zone: Your local time zone

  • Activity Days: Monday – Friday

  • Start Time: 8:00 AM

  • End Time: 5:00 PM

  • Click Save (if required)

Step 3 — Configure Invite Manager

  • Open InMails Sent Per Day: 0

  • InMail Credits Sent Per Day: 0

  • Regular Connection Requests (Global Cap): 20 per day

Step 4 — Configure Connector Priority

  • Regular Connection Requests

  • (Optional) Open InMail

  • InMail Credits

Step 5 — Configure Activity Manager

  • Total Daily Actions: 40–60

  • Connection Requests: 15–20

  • Follow-Up Messages: 20–30

  • Profile Views: 5–10

Create LinkedIn Search

Step 1 — Open LinkedIn People Search

  1. Log into LinkedIn

  2. Use the top search bar

  3. Type a job title (example: “Owner”, “Sales Manager”, “Founder”)

  4. Press Enter

  5. Click People

You must be on the People results page.

Step 2 — Apply Filters

Click All Filters

Set the following:

  • Connections → 2nd degree

  • Location → Your target geography

  • Industry → (Optional but recommended)

  • Current Company → (Optional)

Do NOT target everyone.


Define your role and audience first.

Click Show Results

Step 3 — Review Search Quality

Before copying the URL, confirm:

  • The job titles match your target

  • The industry matches your audience

  • Results are relevant

  • Not too broad

If results are too broad, tighten filters.

Step 4 — Copy the Search Page URL

Once results are loaded:

  • Copy the full URL from your browser address bar

  • Do NOT shorten it

  • Do NOT modify it

It should look long and detailed.

Step 5 — Paste Search Into DreamsLeads

  1. Sign Into DreamsLeads

    • If it’s already open, switch to that tab

    • If not, log in

  2. On the top menu bar, click Search

  3. On the top right-hand corner, click Start New Search

  4. Then, Select URL Search Type

    • Standard

    • URL

    • Sales Navigator

    • Email URL Import

  5. Name Your Search

    • Chicago HVAC Owners

    • Florida Restaurant Founders

    • Texas Construction CEOs

  6. Then, paste the LinkedIn Search URL in the box that says:

    • “Insert LinkedIn search page URL below”

  7. Click Add Search Task

Create New

Connection Campaign

Step 1 — Open Campaigns

  • Log into Dreams Leads

  • Click Campaigns in the top menu bar

  • In the top right corner, click the green button: + New Campaign

Step 2 — Name the Connector Campaign

  • Enter a Connector Campaign Name.

  • Be clear and specific.

  • Industry – Title – Location

Examples:

  • Construction – CEO – Texas

  • Skilled Trades – Owner – Florida

  • HVAC – Operations Manager – Dallas County

Step 3 — Create Connector Campaign

  • Ignore Copy Campaign steps from...

  • Click Create Connection Campaign

Important

  • Do NOT launch before reviewing messaging

  • Do NOT use generic names

  • Do NOT mix audiences in one campaign

  • One campaign = one audience.

Copy & Pasting Dreams

Messaging Sequence

Step 1 — Open Your Campaign

  • Go to your DreamsLeads Home Page

  • Click the Connector Campaign you just created

  • Then, on the top left menu bar, click Steps

You should now see:

  1. Connection Message

  2. Welcome Message

Only two messages will appear by default.

Step 2 — Add Additional Steps

  • Click Add Another Step three times.

You should now have:

  1. Connection Message

  2. Welcome Message

  3. LinkedIn Message 1

  4. LinkedIn Message 2

  5. LinkedIn Message 3

Step 3 — Set Message Timing

  • Message 1 (Connection Request): Sends immediately

  • Message 2 (Welcome Message): 15 minutes after connection is accepted (if no reply)

  • Message 3: 1 day after previous message (if no reply)

  • Message 4: 1 day after previous message (if no reply)

  • Message 5: 1 day after previous message (if no reply)

Step 4 — Copy & Paste Messaging

  • Confirm formatting looks clean

  • Confirm {FirstName} personalization is correct

  • Click Save

Adding Search Results

to Your Campaign

Step 1 — Go to Search

  1. From the Home screen

  2. Click Search in the top menu bar

  3. Locate the specific search you created

    • You will see the search name

    • You will see the number of prospects on the right-hand side

Click that specific search.

Make sure it is the correct audience for your campaign.

Step 2 — Select All Prospects

Once inside the search results:

  1. Go to the top left

  2. Click the Check All box

This selects all prospects in that search.

Step 3 — Add to Connector Campaign

Immediately next to the check box, you will see:

  • A plug icon with a plus sign

  • When hovered, it says: Add to Connector Campaign

Click the plus icon.

Step 4 — Choose Contacts & Campaign

You will now:

  1. Click the dropdown for Contacts to Add

  2. Select All Contacts

  3. Choose the specific Connector Campaign you created for this search

Important:

Make sure the campaign matches the audience.

Do not mix audiences.

Step 5 — Confirm

  • Click confirm.

  • Prospects are now assigned to your campaign.

  • They will not send until the campaign is launched.

Important

  • One search = one campaign

  • Do not add multiple unrelated searches to one campaign

  • Always double-check campaign name before confirming

Turning Campaigns On/Off

Method 1 — From the Home Screen

  1. Go to the Home screen

  2. In the center of the screen, locate Connector Campaigns

  3. Find the campaign you created

To Turn a Campaign ON

  • Click the toggle

  • Switch it to the right

  • Confirm it turns green

If the Toggle Is:

  • Green (to the right) → Campaign is ON

To Turn a Campaign OFF

  • Click the toggle

  • Switch it to the left

  • Confirm it turns gray

If the Toggle Is:

  • Gray (to the left) → Campaign is OFF

Method 2 — From the Campaigns Page

  1. Click Campaigns in the top menu bar

  2. You will see a full list of all campaigns

  3. Use the toggle next to each campaign

    • Green = ON

    • Gray = OFF
